Brittany Brown is the driving force behind Affordable Elegance Real Estate Solutions (AERES), a minority-owned family construction company built on four generations of expertise. Growing up, she watched her father and grandfather bring dreams to life through construction, inspiring her to follow their path and continue their legacy of integrity, craftsmanship, and service.

Today, Brittany leads AERES with a balanced blend of tradition and innovation. Her father remains a strong influence in the company, and she values the wisdom she gains from him while actively embracing modern construction practices and technologies. She honors and deeply values the opportunities God has given her to build a meaningful legacy and bring her vision to life.

Director of Project Advising
Oliver Brown brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience, with a proven track record delivering small, mid-scale, and large-scale residential and commercial projects. His background spans high-value residential construction, multi-million-dollar municipal developments, and public-sector projects, where precision, compliance, and accountability are critical.
Oliver is deeply versed in the fundamentals of building, including site preparation, structural systems, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project closeout. He leads with a strong commitment to construction integrity, ensuring every project is executed safely, efficiently, and in strict alignment with plans, codes, and client expectations.

His public-sector experience includes work on school projects with JCS and city-led construction initiatives in Florence, contributing to projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range. These environments required close collaboration with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, and trade partners while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and timelines.
In the private sector, Oliver has overseen high-end residential and mixed-use projects, serving as the on-site authority responsible for daily operations, issue resolution, and performance oversight. Known for his steady leadership, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving approach, he consistently delivers projects that balance quality craftsmanship, cost control, and schedule performance.
As Lead Project Operations Director, Oliver plays a key role in protecting project quality, enforcing construction standards, mentoring teams, and ensuring operational excellence, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building with integrity and long-term value.
